Your information in Subhras Growth

Information the app stores

Subhras Growth stores your business profile, leads and their contact details, notes, campaign drafts, follow-up tasks, saved logo and banner templates, advertising plans, social content plans, inquiry form submissions, support requests, and paid-plan launch interest. Sign-in provides an account identifier and email used to associate records with your account. Subscription records, when billing is enabled, contain Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, and status.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the workspace, route inquiry form submissions, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, and honor launch-update requests. When you explicitly review and confirm a Marketing Hub preview, the app sends messages or publishes posts through the configured provider. It does not send or publish automatically on a schedule. Campaign previews, message destinations, message content, provider identifiers, status results and channel-specific unsubscribe records are stored privately for your account. Opt-out links suppress future sends to that destination for that business and channel. The service operator can review support and launch-interest requests. Service providers and authorized operators may access stored information as needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

Public forms and account access

Your CRM is protected by signed-in account checks. Anyone with an active inquiry-form link can view the form's title, brand, description, instructions, questions, and contact email, and submit a response without signing in. Answers and consent choices are stored privately for the form owner, with a snapshot of the questions at submission. Inquiry contact permission is separate from optional marketing consent. A response remains available even if the CRM lead limit is reached. Do not include confidential information in these public fields. Account holders are responsible for the information they collect and for obtaining appropriate permission to use it.

Lead sources and API connections

Provider API credentials you explicitly configure are encrypted on the server and associated with your signed-in account. The app uses them to read records when you request a fetch. You can remove a connection in Lead Sources. Imported records retain source identifiers and fetch times. Public directory records may contain business contact information that needs verification. Google Places content is shown live; only place IDs and source links are stored. Google Maps Platform use is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. OpenStreetMap data is attributed to its contributors.

Providers and payments

The app uses ChatGPT sign-in and Sites hosting, with Cloudflare database infrastructure. If paid billing is activated, Stripe processes checkout and billing; payment-card details are not stored in this app's database. Marketing integrations use Resend, Twilio, Facebook and LinkedIn when configured. Message content and recipient details are sent to the chosen provider when you confirm sending. Provider terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Infrastructure may process information outside your home country.

Retention and your choices

You can export your leads and form responses and delete individual responses and CRM records from the workspace. Records remain stored until deleted or the service is retired, subject to workspace capacity limits. General record deletion cannot remove system opt-out or delivery history. The account data tool removes workspace records and credentials; minimal hashed opt-out identifiers are retained to prevent renewed outreach, along with suspension controls. Provider delivery and opt-out callbacks are validated cryptographically before updating records. Consent and administration changes are audited. Infrastructure backups require operator configuration and are not guaranteed by an account export. Billing providers may retain payment records separately. You can export or delete your workspace through the account data tools, or request assistance through support. Support requests require sign-in so the request can be associated with the correct account.

Contact and requests

Use Support and data requests for privacy questions, export or deletion assistance, or to withdraw update consent. Avoid entering payment-card details, passwords, or highly sensitive personal information in forms.
