Using Subhras Growth

The current service

Subhras Growth is a beta tool for managing contacts, inquiry forms, sales opportunities, tasks, and campaign drafts. It does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, or marketing results. Automated outreach, contact scraping, shared team workspaces, and email engagement analytics are not included in this release.

Third-party lead sources

Connect only accounts you are authorized to use and respect each provider’s terms and data rights. API access, approval, fees, quotas, and token renewal remain subject to the provider. Google Maps Platform features are subject to Google Maps Terms of Service. Public listings and mailbox senders are prospects, not guaranteed interested buyers. Provider connection setup is currently through API credentials; automated OAuth onboarding is not included.

Your account and content

Use your own signed-in account and maintain accurate business details. You retain responsibility for the content and contact information you add. Submit only information you have permission to collect and use. Do not upload passwords, payment-card data, or highly sensitive information.

Responsible use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, impersonation, harassment, or attempts to access another account's information. Document the permission and other requirements applicable to your outreach. Review and personalize campaign drafts before sending or publishing. Marketing Hub sends only explicitly reviewed batches or posts through your configured provider. You are responsible for valid channel-specific consent, verified business identities, sender approvals, template approval and provider charges. Automatic scheduled publishing, paid-ad buying and engagement analytics are not included.

Free beta and future subscriptions

The free beta allows up to 100 saved leads. Features and limits may change as the product develops. When paid checkout is unavailable, paid prices are proposed and no paid orders are accepted. Paid checkout is currently disabled pending hosting eligibility confirmation or migration. Future paid plans would be monthly subscriptions at the price confirmed during checkout. Manage billing to review renewal details and cancel future renewals. Contact support for billing or refund questions; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Availability and keeping your data

The service is in beta and may have interruptions or defects. Export important lead data periodically. You can delete individual records and ask for account-data deletion through support. We may restrict accounts used to abuse the service or compromise its security.
